Payment Information with Superbills
Thank you for considering therapy services with Your Best Self. As a mental health provider, we want to ensure that you have all the necessary information regarding billing and payment options.
What is the payment policy?
We operate on a fee-for-service basis and do not directly accept insurance. This allows us to prioritize your care without the constraints imposed by insurance companies. However, we do provide Superbills upon request.
What is a Superbill?
A Superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. It includes all the necessary information such as service provided, diagnosis, and payment details. How does Your Best Self receive payment? We accept payment through various methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

How to Get Reimbursed:
Should you want assistance in submitting for reimbursement, we have a team to help you!
- Request A Superbill: After each session, simply request a Superbill from me. I'll promptly provide you with the necessary documentation.
- Submit To Your Insurance: Submit your Superbill to your insurance company or Reimbursify for reimbursement according to their policies.
- Check Coverage: It's essential to verify with your insurance provider beforehand to understand your coverage and any out-of-network benefits.
