We offer both unstructured and structured group therapy for individuals ages 5+ on a variety of topics. Groups are formed based on the needs of our community and are arranged by age, need, and compatibility. For children elementary through middle school ages, we use evidence-based programs and provide a more structured and educational based environment. For older teenagers and adults, groups are topics-based with less structure focused on processing and building community.

Parents can often feel helpless when trying to get their children the help they need in school. With current and former school counselors on our team, we are well-equipped to get your child the support they need to reach their potential. We observe children at school or attend school meetings to provide feedback and professional recommendations to school personnel on how to best help your child at school. Possible accommodations include formal plans (IEP or 504 plan) or informal plans (behavior charts, specific accommodations, etc.).
School meetings and observations are charged at the individual therapy rate and pro-rated based on time spent at the school (including travel time).
Insurance and Billing
While we are an out-of-network provider, we are fully or partially reimbursable by most insurance companies. You will need to contact your provider directly for details on their reimbursement process. If you are seeking reimbursement, be on the look out for a monthly bill documenting the specific services you or your child received.
If you need help with this process, let us know and we will gladly assist!
