EXPERIENCE

MCPS Elementary School Counselor: Through collaboration with families, teachers, administration, and other stakeholders, I have worked with and witnessed many students reach their social, emotional, and academic goals.

Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor: I have a developed understanding of many different approaches which can support clients as they reflect and grow. With the space to build relationships to better understand which approach will best meet a client’s needs, I am prepared to support as clients work to reach their goals.

Supporting the Emotional Wellbeing in Neurodiverse Families: Throughout my life, I’ve gained both personal and professional experience supporting families of neurodivergent individuals. This journey has shaped a deep passion for creating compassionate spaces where parents and siblings can process their experiences, feel heard, and navigate a path that may differ from those around them—with support and understanding.

Therapeutic Approach

While working with clients, I use a combination of approaches such as person-centered therapy, strength-based perspective, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy.

Works with ages 4- 14 years old and parents with neurodivergent children

More

I believe that every person can benefit from the opportunity to reflect in a non-judgmental environment as they work to become the best version of themself. My goal is to provide each client a safe, confidential, and relaxing space in which they look forward to entering and feel empowered to overcome challenges.
