School Counselor: I am currently a professional school counselor in Montgomery County, where I have worked for the past four years. I have worked with students in Kindergarten through fourth grade.
Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor: I strive to create a space where you can feel your most comfortable and safe. A strong therapeutic relationship is paramount and I work to incorporate many different approaches to see you best succeed.
Therapeutic Approach
I work through a person-centered lens, drawing from solution focused and cognitive-behavioral principles. I also incorporate some aspects of play therapy.
Children & Teens
I work with children and adolescents under 16. I use a strength-based approach to build self-esteem while we work to reach any identified goals.
