Hi and welcome!
Before I get to know you, here is some information so you can get to know me a bit more!
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from McDaniel College, and then went on to earn my Master’s Degree in Counseling from The George Washington University.
Along with my work as a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, I currently work as a Professional School Counselor in Montgomery County Public
Schools. Through this work, I have developed a passion for working with and supporting children and adolescents in becoming their best selves!

As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where clients feel confident in their ability to take on challenges, as well as in their ability to seek support and help when needed. As a School Counselor, I have had the opportunity to collaborate daily with teachers, parents, and administrators, and, through that, found the incredible value in using a holistic and team-oriented approach to working with clients.

I have experience working with clients with issues surrounding ADHD, anxiety, identity expression, grief & loss, trauma, and body image. I utilize an eclectic approach, pulling especially from person centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused therapy. In addition to this approach, I enjoy incorporating creative interventions stemming from drama, art, and play therapy. Above all else, I strive to create a strong therapeutic relationship with each of my clients.

I look forward to working together!
